For me, practicing naturopathic medicine is not just about providing treatment, it is about educating my clients to give them the knowledge they need to make the best possible choices for their health.
At Brooke Lee Naturopathy we understand every person is unique, which is why each treatment plan is formulated to meet the specific needs of the individual. We do not use a "one size fits all" approach to health. We also acknowledge that every system of the body is connected and that mental, emotional, spiritual and environmental influences can significantly affect the functioning of these systems and therefore overall health and wellbeing.
Through the use of medicines derived from nature and implementation of healthy lifestyle practices, we are able to support the body's own innate ability to heal itself. This leads to more sustainable and long term health outcomes.
